Mary Reed's Ultimate Comfort Food Mac N'Cheese

6 cups cooked macaroni
2 T. melted butter
4 cups evaporated milk
6 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Mix milk, cheese, butter, salt and pepper to make a white sauce, pour over macaroni. Place in slow cooker and cook for 2-3 hours on high. Sprinkle extra cheese on top before serving.
