The inspiration for this recipe had sweet spices, but I never really caught that vision, so I made these savory.
Yield: 3-5 pancakes
2 potatoes, peeled and grated
1 egg
1-2 T. flour
onion powder
seasoning salt
pepper
Combine ingredients and fry in sauté pan over medium heat until golden brown and fully cooked. (Go with medium and not high heat to cook the pancake through by the time it browns.)
