I've never made lasagna from scratch and my husband doesn't care much for the Stouffer's ready made so I went looking for a recipe and thought I would give it a go.
I found this website. The title says No.1 Lasagna recipe, and if it says so it must be true right :)
I wouldn't say it was No.1, I would personally make my own adjustments, but it is close. My family all enjoyed it, even the next night!
I was going to post progression pictures, but the website did such a good job I will just leave you with a picture of the end product.

Next time I make this I think I will replace the sausage with more ground beef, didn't care for the sausage flavor in my lasagna. I will also add some cottage cheese to the ricotta to add moisture. Other than that I thought it was a really great recipe, very quick and easy to put together as well.
